Moved the Active indicator to appear when a form is in the Review stage. Staff will need to submit a form from Draft to Review. This will enable the current form to be indicated instead of last year's Final form. Moving a form from Draft to Review shows that the initial form is now in progress. The Draft is new, under construction, and not yet ready for processing. PASI uploads will continue to upload only finalized forms. |
