Removed the ‘Prevent Copy from the previous document’ property in the Signature Participants fields. This allows staff to use the previous document when creating a new one, ensuring that the Signature Participants are copied along with other data.

• Removed the third, fourth, and fifth exceptionalities from the IPP document’s cover page.

IPP document - Assessment Data Section

Added a new toggle option in the template settings for the "Assessment Data" section in the IPP document.

The toggle is labeled: "ShowEnglishProficiencyTable."

1. Default State

   • The toggle's default state is set to "ON," displaying the English Proficiency table.

2. Functionality

   • When the toggle is set to "OFF," the English Proficiency table is hidden from view in the "Assessment Data" section of the IPP.

   • When the toggle is set back to "ON," the English Proficiency table reappears in the same section.

Made the Placement Keyword table admin-editable, allowing system administrators to add, delete, or modify rows.

• The Signature section now supports multiple staff signatures through a repeating row layout for the staff field.

• This section is editable only when in the final status, ensuring control over modifications.

• Staff users added in the Signature section will not be reflected in the Behaviour Assessment and Intervention Plan section.

Keyword Table - Language

• Updated the Language keyword table with the latest state compliance.

• Made this keyword table admin editable so state administrators can now directly add, delete, or modify keywords within the table to meet their specific state requirements.
