IPP, ISP-A,B, and C Forms

We’ve made improvements to the Signature Page in the IPP and ISP (A, B, C) documents to simplify and standardize staff position entry.

What’s Changed:

• If a staff member does not have a position linked to their name, you will now see a drop-down list to select the position instead of a plain text box.

• We’ve added an "Other" option in the position list. If selected, a text box will appear where you can manually enter the position.

  • This update also applies to non-lookup staff entries — a drop-down will now be available instead of a simple text field.

Signature Page Updates Across Multiple Documents

We’ve made enhancements to how staff positions are entered in the following documents to improve consistency and ease of use:

• K&E – Cover Page and Signatures

• Safety Plan – Staff Information

• Multi-Disciplinary Team Progress Notes

• Invitation to a Meeting – School Staff, Role

• Electronic Signature Form

What’s Changed:

Staff can now make changes to the following sections even when the document is in Final status:

• Progress Reporting

• Transition Planning and Semester/Year-End Summary

 IPP – Accommodation Section Update

We’ve updated the Accommodation section of the IPP (Individual Program Plan) document to reflect current standards and remove outdated options.

What’s Changed:

• In the Instructional subsection, these options have been removed:

  • Vary amount of material to be learned

  • Reduce the number of tasks required in assignments

• In the Assessment subsection, this option has been removed:

  • Adjust the test design (e.g., True/False, multiple choice, matching)
