Fixed an issue within the keyword table, where when adding a new assessment, the Area field would appear grayed out, and administrators could not select that field.

• Corrected the Status calculation for the following scenarios:
  • Students with Gifted Passed Screening selected as NO but have a current IEP end date greater than the current date.
  • Students with Gifted consent denied but have a current IEP end date greater than the current date.
• Made the Status field manual entry with the following three constraints:
  • If the student has withdrawn and has an enrollment end date, the status will always be Inactive.
  • If the student has an Inactive status reason, the status will always be Inactive.
  • If the student has a Special Education exit date and exceptionality is Gifted, and Gifted Eligible is Yes, the status will be Active.

Increased the field size to accommodate 100 characters in the following fields within the Class profile:

• Class Name
• Name 

This resolves integration errors for Class names greater than 40 characters.

Updated the following text to appear within the Notice and Consent for Provision of Services document:

• I GIVE PERMISSION for the school system to provide special education services.
• I DO NOT GIVE PERMISSION for the school system to provide special education services.

Modified the EI to Preschool state reporting fields in the Notice and Eligibility Decision document for three-year-old students. These fields are only required when “R1 From Early Intervention” is selected as Referral Type.

Added integration for the EL Home Language Survey fields entered in PowerSchool SIS to display in the Special Programs EL Profile.
