SPSM-AL_21.9.2.0 Release Notes

• Updated to make the following checkboxes optional in Section Part 1 within the EL - Individual English Language Plan document:

  • Student with Interrupted Formal Education (SIFE)

  • Student with Limited and Interrupted Formal Education (SLIFE)

  • Long-Term English Learner

• Corrected the data flow for the Home Language Survey checkboxes and HLS Date fields. Now, the data will flow from the profile fields to the document for the HLS date field, and then the Yes or No checkboxes will be determined. If the date is available within the field, it will be Yes; if there is no date, it will be No.

Modified the EI to Preschool state reporting fields in the Individual Education Program (IEP) document for three-year-old students. These fields are only required when “R1 From Early Intervention” is selected as Referral Type. The users will no longer get the error for Parent delay or Other delay when finalizing the document if the Type of Referral is not "R1 From Early Intervention."

Updated the Notice and Eligibility Decision Document - SLD section to be removed by all staff, not just those with the Administrator or consultant security privileges.
