EL - Individual English Language Plan document - logic change to Part 1 section

• Updated to make the following checkboxes optional in Section Part 1 within the EL - Individual English Language Plan document:

  • Student with Interrupted Formal Education (SIFE)

  • Student with Limited and Interrupted Formal Education (SLIFE)

  • Long-Term English Learner

• Corrected the data flow for the Home Language Survey checkboxes and HLS Date fields. Now, the data from the profile fields will flow into the HLS date field in the document, and then the Yes or No checkboxes will be determined. If the date is available within the field, it will be Yes; if there is no date, it will be No.

The state reporting fields on the Individual Education Program (IEP) document were modified for three-year-old students.

Modified the EI to Preschool state reporting fields in the Individual Education Program (IEP) document for three-year-old students. These fields are required only when “R1 From Early Intervention” is selected as the Referral Type. Users will no longer encounter the Parent delay or Other delay error when finalizing the document if the Type of Referral is not "R1 From Early Intervention."

Notice and Eligibility Decision Document - SLD section can not be removed

Updated the Notice and Eligibility Decision Document - SLD section to be removed by all staff, not just those with the Administrator or consultant security privileges.
