Fixed the validation when the first checkbox, The child was determined eligible by EI less than 90 days before their third birthday. No transition meeting will be scheduled. (If this box is checked, the rest of the form will not be completed. EI will be selected as the Referral Type on the Referral form.), is selected:

• Updated the validation error to generate when the “Date letter of notification from EI was received:” date is more than 90 days before the child’s third birthday.

• Updated the validation description to “EI to convene a Transition Planning Meeting with the LEA representative and the parent(s) of the child" checkbox should be selected, as Date letter of Notification from EI Received is not less than 90 days before Child's third birthday.”

• The user will be able to Approve the snapshot from the report.

• The system will update the Globals field, Gifted Second Grade Child Find Snapshot Approved Status when the user approves the report.
