When an Individualized Education Program (IEP) is selected for a secondary student, the Transition Goal Progress Report will now be automatically included, ensuring comprehensive tracking of student progress. This enhancement aims to streamline the documentation process and improve the accessibility of vital information for educators and support staff involved in the IEP process.

Updated Document Action preventing IEP from being finalized due the Office Use Only Section

Updated functionality to automatically disregard amended documents during the comparison process of the student’s date of birth and the SignSpEdDate. Enhanced the Ethnicity and Race data fields for General Education students. The modifications aim to improve data accuracy and inclusivity in student all profiles as well as provide real time accurate race/ethnicity information when a general education student is imported into the student table.
