Made the following update to the Special Education profile:

• Changed all Ineligible status to Inactive.

Made the following update to the Notice and Eligibility Decision document :

• When the document is finalized and student is marked ELIGIBLE: No for an initial eligibility or reevaluation then the status is changed to Inactive and Inactive Status Reason: Not eligible after initial eligibility/reevaluation.

IEP at a Glance Document

Introducing a new standalone document - ‘IEP at a Glance’.

This document includes student information and services (Special Education, Related Services, Supplementary Aids and Services, Accommodations Needed for Assessments, Assistive Technology, and Program Modifications/Support for Personnel).

• The document will auto-populate when the IEP document status is changed to Final.

• The user will change the document status to Final after verifying the information.

• The document can be accessed from the Student Transfer Utility.

• A new ‘IEP at a Glance’ document will populate in the following circumstances:

  • A revision of an existing IEP document is created and finalized.

  • A new IEP document is created and finalized.

  • Any changes are made to the Services section.

As a reminder, security permissions will have to be assigned to the appropriate security groups for this new document.

Student Demographics Profile

In Student Demographics, under the demographic section, if the student is 18 or older, then a new drop-down field, ‘Student is 18 or older,’ is displayed.

This field shows the following options:

• None

• Action on Own Behalf

• Shared Decision Making

• Court Appointed Guardian

• Delegate Decision Making
