APR 05 - Education Environments (School Age)
The Annual Performance Report 05 (APR 05) - Education Environments (School Age) report provides details on the educational environments for which students with disabilities receive special education services.
The report displays the overall student data regarding the percentage of students served under each least restrictive environment. It includes details of students attending school under various least restrictive environments identified on the student's Individualized Education Program (IEP). The student-level details can be viewed by clicking the percentage or student count displayed for each LRE code.
Submission Requirements
The APR 05 report displays details and percentages of students with active IEP and age 5 who are currently enrolled in kindergarten and students with active IEP and aged between 6-21 years at the time of report generation. The served educational environments are:
Inside the regular class 80% or more of the day.
Inside the regular class less than 40% of the day.
Separate Schools
Residential Facility
Homebound/Hospital Environments.
Generate Report - APR 05 - Education Environments (School Age)
From the Reporting menu, choose Standard Reports.
Click Part B Federal Reporting, then click APR 05 - Education Environments (School Age).
Enter a Count Date manually or use the calendar icon.
Click Update Report with Values.
To review the latest data, click Refresh Data after opening the report in the application.
Click the numbered cell of student count/percentage to view the student details.
