APR 06 - Preschool Settings
The Annual Performance Report 06 (APR 06) - Preschool Settings report provides information about the types of educational settings in which preschool-aged students with disabilities receive special education services. It includes data on the percentage of students with disabilities who are served in inclusive settings, separate classrooms, separate schools, or other educational settings specifically designed for preschool-aged children.
The report contains the overall preschool-aged student (students aged 3, 4, and 5 years) data with the percentage of students served under each least restrictive environment. It also includes details of students attending school under various least restrictive environments identified on the student's Individualized Education Program (IEP).
Submission Requirements
The APR 06 report displays details and percentages of students aged 3, 4, and 5 with active IEP who are currently enrolled in preschool programs attending at the time of report generation and are served under educational environments listed below:
Regular Early Childhood Program less than 10 hours per week most special education services in other location
Separate Class
Separate School
Residential Facility

Generate Report - APR 06 - Preschool Settings
From the Reporting menu, choose Standard Reports.
Click Part B Federal Reporting, then click APR 06 - Preschool Settings.
Enter a Count Date manually or use the calendar icon.
Click Update Report with Values.
To review the latest data, click Refresh Data after opening the report in the application.
Click the numbered cell of student count/percentage to review the student details.
