APR 11 KPIs Advanced
The Annual Performance Report 11 KPIs report lists all students referred for Initial Evaluation, Part C to B Transition, or Out of State IEP, who were evaluated for eligibility to receive special education services during the reporting period.
Submission requirements
The report displays student counts with timely eligibility evaluations, the number of students for whom parental consent is missing, the number of students for whom parental consent was denied within 90 days from the referral date, the number of students whose referrals were discontinued within 90 days from the referral date, and the number of students who transferred between multiple LEAs and are not enrolled as of the due dates. The report includes both active and inactive students.
Generate report
From the Reporting menu, choose Advanced Reports.
Click Part B Federal Reporting, and then click APR 11 KPIs.
Click Process Schedule.
Select a report generation schedule.
Click Process Now In Foreground.
To review the latest data, click Unprocess and repeat steps 3 to 5.
Click the numbered cells to view the student services and service capture details. The columns here are customizable. User can add columns or fields using the Customize Columns For This Drilldown option.
Student counts
Data Element | Description |

Total Number of Students | The system calculates the total number of students once their initial evaluations are completed. |
Timely Eligibility Rate | The system calculates the number of students whose initial evaluations are completed and found eligible. |
Timely Eligibility | The system calculates the number of students who complete their evaluations on time. |
Number Included | The system calculates the number of students for which the exclusion reason is " Included. “ |
Number Excluded | The system calculates the number of students who lack the exclusion reason or where the exclusion reason is not equal to "Included. “ |
