Delivered Services
Delivered Services is a standard Medicaid report that captures data from the student's Service Records Part B profile available in the PowerSchool Special Programs state model for the District of Columbia. The report displays all the related services delivered to students for the past year from the report generation date.
Submission Requirements
The report lists services delivered to the student within the past year from the date on which the report is generated. The report includes only service record logs for services of type Related Service that are provided directly to the student. For example, the service record log has a session type as Direct Service.
Generate Report
From the Reporting menu, choose Standard Reports.
Click Part B Medicaid, then click Delivered Services.
To review the latest data, click Refresh after opening the report in the application.
