Eligibility Compliance Report

This report helps schools to keep track of Eligibility compliance by listing and highlighting the student records in different colors depending on the days left for their eligibility re-evaluation. The report lists students having re-evaluation due within 90 days from report generation.

Submission Requirements

The report displays all the students with a re-evaluation due date in the next 90 days from the date when the report is generated. The report displays student data in different color text based on the number of days the re-evaluation is due.

Student eligibility details are displayed as follows:

Green color text if Re-revaluation is due in 90 Days
Yellow color text if Re-revaluation is due in 89 - 30 days
Orange color text if Re-revaluation is due in 29 to 1 day/s
Red color text if Re-revaluation is due on the date of report generation or its overdue

Generate Report

From the Reporting menu, choose Standard Reports.
Click Part B Model Reports, then click Eligibility Compliance Report.

To review the latest data, click Refresh after opening the report in the application.

Report Field Description and Criteria

Student First Name	The system displays the student’s first name.	Profile: Demographics Part B, First Name	{FirstName}
Student Middle Name	The system displays the student’s middle name.	Profile: Demographics Part B, Middle Name	{MiddleName}

# of Days until Reevaluation	The system displays how many days remain until the next evaluation. In green color, when the difference is 90 Days In yellow color, when the difference is between 30-89 days In orange color, when the difference is between 1-29 days In red color, when the difference is zero or it's overdue (indicated by a negative number of days).
