Extended School Year List
Extended School Year List is a standard model report which captures data from the student's Extended School Year profile available in the PowerSchool Special Programs state model for the District of Columbia. All students with Extended School Year eligibility captured on their active Individualized Education Program (IEP) will be listed in this report.
Submission Requirements
The report lists all the students eligible for Extended School Year (ESY) Services with active Enrollment with an IEP and not exited the special education program at the time of report generation. School-specific reports can be generated using the Organizational Location filter.
Generate Report
From the Reporting menu, choose Standard Reports.
Click Part B Model Reports, then click Extended School Year List.
To review the latest data, click Refresh after opening the report in the application.
Select a school from the Organization Location Filter drop-down menu to generate a school-specific report.
