Goals - SP

Goals

  1. Within the Service Plan document, navigate to Goals using the flyout menu.

  2. The system auto-populates:

    • Student Name, USI, and DOB from the Student Info/Demo Part B profile.

    • Grade from the LEA Entry/Exit Part B profile.

  3. Select a value from the Goal Area drop-down list. The system will auto-populate this field from the Needs Identified field within the Eligibility Report.

  4. The system provides the following required textboxes:

    • Present Levels of Academic Achievement/Functional Performance

    • Measurable Annual Goal

  5. Enter a date manually or select a date using the calendar icon in the Anticipated Date of Achievement field.

  6. Click Save, Done Editing.

  7. To add a new goal, click Goals - Setup drop-down list and select -

    • Add New Goals: Adds a new goal.

    • Insert New Goals: Adds a new goal before the selected goal.

  8. Repeat steps 2 to 6.

  9. To duplicate a goal, click the Goals - Setup drop-down list and select Duplicate Goals

  10. To delete a goal, select the goal that will be deleted. Then click the Goals - Setup drop-down list and select Delete Goals.

  11. To reposition a goal in the Goals - Select list, click the Goals - Setup drop-down list, and select Shift Goals Up or Shift Goals Down.
