IEP at a Glance

1. Within the IEP document, navigate to IEP at a Glance using the flyout menu.  The section is read-only and displays data from the various sections within the IEP document.

2. In the Student Information section, the system auto-populates the following information:

   • From the Student Info/Demo Part B profile: 

     • Student

     • USI

     • DOB

     • Gender

     • Language

   • From the LEA Entry/Exit Part B profile:

     • Grade

   • From the Special Education Part B profile:

     • Case Manager

   • From the Special Education Part B profile:

     • Last Eligibility Meeting Date

     • Last IEP Annual Review Meeting Date

   • Date of IEP Meeting from the IEP cover sheet.

   • The Date IEP Finalized appears only when the IEP is finalized.

   • IEP Annual Review Due Date is one year minus a day from the IEP Meeting date.

3. The system selects the Extended School Year checkbox when you mention the ESY Eligibility within the Extended School Year section of the IEP document.

4. The system selects the Behavior Intervention Plan checkbox when there is a BIP Date in the Special Education Information profile.

5. In the Goals section, the system auto-populates all goals from the Present Levels of Performance And Goals, Secondary Transition, or both sections of the IEP document.

6. The system auto-populates the information within the following sections:

   • Services: The data flows from IEP, Services and Dedicated Aides page.

   • Statewide Assessment Participation: The data flows from IEP, Classroom Accommodations and Assessment Participation page.

   • Accommodations/Modifications Needed: The data flows from IEP, Classroom Accommodations and Assessment Participation page.

7. Click Save, Done Editing.
