IEP Compliance Report

This report helps schools keep track of Individualized Education Program (IEP) compliance by listing and highlighting the student records in different colors, depending on the days left for their annual review. The report lists students with annual reviews due within 60 days from report generation.

Submission Requirements

The report shows students eligible for special education and their annual review due date in the next 60 days from the date the report is generated. The report displays student data in different text colors, based on the number of days the annual review is due.

Student details are displayed as follows:

Green indicates the annual review is due in 30 days
Yellow indicates the annual review is due in 29 to 15 days
Orange indicates the annual review is due in 14 to 1 day
Red indicates the annual review is due on the date of report generation or its overdue

School-specific reports can be generated using the Organizational Location filter.

Generate Report

From the Reporting menu, choose Standard Reports.
Click Part B Model Reports, then click IEP Compliance Report.

To review the latest data, click Refresh after opening the report in the application.
Select a school from the Organization Location Filter drop-down menu to generate a school-specific report.

# Of Days until Annual Review	Displays the number of days left for the student’s IEP annual review.
