Overdue IEP or Eligibility
This report shows details for students having an annual Individualized Education Program (IEP) review or reevaluation past due when the report is generated. This report helps schools to track the students whose IEP annual reviews or reevaluations are past due and take necessary steps.
Submission Requirements
The report lists all the students with active enrollment but having an annual review of IEP or reevaluation overdue within the reporting duration. School-specific reports can be generated using the Organization Location Filter.
Generate Report
From the Reporting menu, choose Standard Reports.
Click Part B Model Reports, then click Overdue IEP or Eligibility.
Enter a Start Date and End Date manually or use the calendar icon for the reporting duration.
Click Update Report with Values.
To review the latest data, click Refresh after opening the report in the application.
Select a school from the Organization Location Filter drop-down menu to generate a school-specific report.
