RSMR - Prescribed Service Details
The Related Services Management Report (RSMR) - Prescribed Service Details report provides detailed information about the services prescribed for students with disabilities. It is an important tool for monitoring and improving the effectiveness of special education programs.
Submission Requirements
Students must have an Individualized Education Program (IEP) with prescribed IEP services and service records logged for the given service to get listed on this report. To generate a report for all services prescribed to a student within a specific date range, the user needs to select the reporting duration. The report includes all active and inactive students during this time frame.
Generate Report
From the Reporting menu, choose Standard Reports.
Click RSMR, then click RSMR - Prescribed Service Details.
Enter a Start Date and End Date manually or use the calendar icon for the reporting duration.
Click Update Report with Values.
To review the latest data, click Refresh after opening the report in the application.
