RSMR - Summary
The Related Services Management Report (RSMR) - The summary is a report that compares the amount of time a related service is prescribed on a student’s IEP to the amount of time the service is provided. The RSMR is based on data the service provider enters via the service record captures.
The report monitors and improves the quality of services provided to students in the state and ensures that the state meets federal law requirements. It helps school leaders and managers:
Determine if the services prescribed to the students are delivered appropriately.
Manage caseload and service provider assignments.
Identify and address discrepancies in services to students.
Submission Requirements
The report expects the student's data with all special education services and the service records captured by the provider within a specific date range. The user needs to select the reporting duration.
Generate Report
From the Reporting menu, choose Standard Reports.
Click RSMR, then click RSMR - Summary.
Enter a Start Date and End Date manually or use the calendar icon for the reporting duration.
Click Update Report with Values.
To review the latest data, click Refresh after opening the report in the application.
