Service Capture Completion Date

• Resolved an issue where an error would display while creating a service capture record using Schedule Future Services. It was due to the Completion Date being updated with the Date of Service. It is now fixed, and the Completion Date will be updated with the current date only when the checkbox Completed: I have verified that the information is correct and complete is selected and changes are saved.

• Added a one-time update script named Set Completion Date in Service Records Part B, which will run at all the OSSE sites during release and will clear the Completion Date for all those records where the checkbox Completed: I have verified that the information is correct and complete is not selected.

IEP, Service Plan, Comparable Service Plan documents and IEP Services Part B Profile

• IEP Services Part B Profile: Removed the non-lookup from the Provider Name field.

• IEP document: Removed the Provider Namer non-lookup from the Services grids on the Services and ESY sections of the document. Upon finalization of the IEP, a message will be sent to the student’s Case Manager if the student is in grade P4 and Stage 5 and the IEP meeting type is Initial IEP, indicating that the COS entry scores must be completed within 90 days from the date of IEP.

• Service Plan document: Removed the Provider Name non-lookup from the services grids.

• Comparable Services Plan document: Removed the Provider Name non-lookup from the services grids and made the Provider Position field as required.

• The non-lookup field related to the Provider Name field is retired, and the data flow is removed for the respective field.

• Removed the dataflow for the non-lookup Provider Name field to the IEP Services Part B profile from the IEP, Service Plan, and Comparable Services documents.

Comparable Services Document and Service Capture

Removed the Comparable Service Type column as this was redundant, and the services created through the Comparable Service document were incorrectly defaulted to Special Education under this column, leaving the actual Service Type blank.

Corrected the data flow for the services created through the Comparable Service document. Now, the system would flow the actual Service Type on the IEP Service profile record. The system would identify the actual service type based on the three grids available on comparable service documents: one for each service type, Special Education Services, Related Services, and Consultation Services, and displays appropriately under each column in the IEP Service profile record.

Added a checkbox field labeled as Comparable Service. It gets selected when a comparable service is added to the profile upon finalizing the Comparable Service document.

Resolved an issue where Comparable Service names/types were not displayed in the look-up while adding the Service Capture record. Service Capture records can now be created for Comparable Services.

Added a one-time update script named Set IEP Service Type for Comparable services, which will run at all the OSSE sites during the release which will-

• update the Service type column with the actual Service Types (Special Education Services, Related Services, and Consultation Services) and the services under the columns SPED Service, Related Service, and Consultation Service from the Comparable Service Documents.

• update the Service type and Names missing in the look-up while Service Capture records.

Part B Demographic Profile

Demographics Part B profile now includes a new area called Transfer Details, which captures the student's transfer details and consists of the following fields:

• Last Transfer Date

• Transferred from LEA

• Transferred to LEA

• Transfer Status

These fields are read-only and will be populated during the transfer process.

Corrected the mapping of EnrollmentEndDate to EnrollmentExitDate in Demographics as EnrollmentEndDate is redundant.

Retired the EnrollmentEndDate field.
