Part B Medicaid Delivered Services Report

Corrected Delivered Services report under the Part B Medicaid standard report category. The reports now also include the Provider User Code and LEA Code for students with active enrollment whose Enrollment exit date is blank. If the Enrollment Exit data is available, the report the details if the Date of Service on the Service Capture record is less than or equal to the Enrollment Exit Date on the LEA Entry/Exit profile.
