Updates to RSMR Summary Report

• Removed columns ‘Students with ESY Services’ and ‘Event ID’ from the report.

• Renamed ‘Negated SE Event Date’ to ‘Special Ed Exit Date'.

• Grade is now pulled from the latest record of LEA Entry/Exit Part B profile.

• Added a new column ‘Location Per IEP’ and updated ‘Prescribed Amount’ to display in minutes.

• Ensure the report uses the LEA Calendar to exclude summer, weekends, and holidays in calculations.

• Added new columns and changed formula for ‘% Services Completed’ and ‘% Productivity’.

• Updated the 'Delivered Services Minutes' column to pull the data based on the logged services in the column Prescribed Amt Per IEP Service Date Range.

• Added the 4 new columns after the Delivered Services Minutes and to pull the data based on the Service Duration in the Services Part B profile. These are displayed in minutes.

Updates to RSMR - Prescribed Services Report

• Two new columns were added: ‘Current Serving School Name’ and ‘Current Serving School Code’.

• Renamed ‘Negated SE Event Date’ to ‘Special Ed Exit Date’.

• Columns ‘ESY Per IEP’ and ‘Event ID’ were removed.

• Grade is now pulled from the latest record of the LEA Entry/Exit profile.

• The "Prescribed Amt Per IEP Service Date Range" column was updated to display in minutes with no further logic changes needed.

• The USI column now fetches the Student USI (ID) from Demographics Part B instead of the Student State ID from Part C.

APR 7 Preschool Outcomes Summary Report - New

• Added a new advanced report named APR 7 Preschool Outcomes Summary under the Part B Federal Reporting folder. This report uses the same student selection criteria as in the APR 7 Standard Report.

• The report includes detailed counts and percentages of students with outcome ratings of A through E for:

  • Outcome 1 (A–E)

  • Outcome 2 (A–E)

  • Outcome 3 (A–E)

• The report also includes the 2 summary statements displaying the outcomes percentages.

Final Eligibility Report

Updated the document to flow the Eligibility Date and Eligibility Outcome regardless of the referral type (initial, out of state, reevaluation - parent/LEA request or part c to b).

Staff Position Validation

Updated the following documents to include improved staff position validation such that When a user selects a staff member, the Position field becomes editable and will now only allow selection from the positions assigned to that staff member in their profile. The functionality is similar to the validation on the IEP Services page.

If an invalid position is selected, the following message will be displayed:

“The selected position [xxxxxx] must be one of the following: [1, 2, 3, 4]. Please correct.”

APR 13 Secondary Transition Report

The following updates have been made APR 13 Secondary Transition Standard Report:

• Removed the Local ID, Student had SEC Transition Plan By, and Student Participated columns

• Replaced the ‘Date Transition Plan Received’ column with ‘IEP Start Date’, which now pulls the IEP Completion Date from the Special Ed Profile.

• Removed all color coding from the display.
