Eligibility Report - SLD Changes

Initial Evaluation with SLD Consideration

• Single-Selection for SLD Determination:
  Under Section 5, in response to the question "Which option will the evaluation team use to determine whether the student has a Specific Learning Disability?", users can select only ONE option.

• Updated Checkbox Text:
  The text for checkboxes has been revised for clarity.

• Required Fields:
  Options 1 and 2 must be completed based on the checkbox selected under Section 5.

• Data Flow Update:
  The Eligibility Determination Date now auto-populates the Initial Eligibility Date.

3-Year Reevaluation with SLD Consideration

• Optional Checkboxes for 'No' Selection:
  When 'No' is selected, checkboxes under Sections 2 and 3 are optional.

• Updated Checkbox Text:
  The text for checkboxes has been revised for clarity.

• Required Fields:
  Options 1 and 2 must be completed based on the checkbox selected under Section 5.

• Data Flow Update:
  The Eligibility Determination Date now auto-populates the Most Recent Reevaluation Date.

Updated the codes as per state document.

IEP - PLAAFP/Goals section

We have made identifying Skill Areas in the PLAAFP/Goals section easier.

The Skill Area is shown adjacent to the Goal Number at the top of each goal section. This ensures that wherever a goal is displayed, you can quickly see its corresponding Skill Area for better clarity and organization.

Individualized Distance Learning Plan

• Enabled the Copy from the Previous Document property, allowing easier content reuse.

• The meeting date and time fields were excluded from being copied. As a result, these fields remained blank when creating a new document.

EXPORT: Student Programs

Set the IntegrationIDT to NULL in the SPEnrollments script and deployed this change exclusively to Blaine County.

With this release, the fix will deploy to all customers.
