Resolved an issue so that an explanation box is provided only when ‘No’ is selected for: “The meeting was scheduled at a mutually agreed on time and place.”

Consent for Agency Invitation to Transition Mtg

Resolved an issue where there were checkboxes at the header of the main section for staff to select who would need to provide consent that did not create the required sections.

Consent for Agency Invitation to Transition Mtg

Resolved an issue where the case manager’s name does not appear next to “School Personnel Signature” when printing the document.

Determination of Emotional Disability

Resolved an issue where users could not finalize the document when all checkboxes are set to “No” and “THE STUDENT DOES NOT MEET THE CRITERIA FOR EMOTIONAL DISABILITY” is selected.

SPEDSM-66406

ESAssessments keyword table

  • In the ESAssessments table, updated the ‘Transdisciplinary Play-Based Assessment (TPBA)' keyword to not in use (InUse = 'No’).

  • “Transdisciplinary Play-Based Assessment (TPBA)” will not be an available option on the Early Childhood Outcomes [ECOUT] document and Profile.

SPEDSM-81129

IEP

Added the ability for users to include/exclude people from the Parent/Guardian Information grid of the Conference Summary Report.

In Edit Mode:

  • A “Has Custody” field was added for each Parent/Guardian that reflects the “Has Custody” field in the Student profile for each Parent/Guardian.

  • An “Include in Parent/Guardian Information” field with Yes and No checkboxes were added to the Parent/Guardian grid. Yes is selected by default. Users may select No to exclude Parents/Guardians from the Parent/Guardian Information grid in view/print mode.

  • Any Parent/Guardian who has either “Has Custody” or “Receives Letters” selected in the Student Profile will be listed. Those who do not have “Receives Letters” selected in the Student Profile will have “Include in Parent/Guardian Information” set to No, but may be changed by the user.

Updated the document to be meet state guidelines.

Resolved an issue where a student selected to sign the document on the Notification of Conference section is not listed in the “Meeting Participants” section.

Updated the document to meet state guidelines by adding two checkboxes after “Is eligible or continues to be eligible …”

Section 504 Plan

Added the ability for users to include/exclude people from the Parent/Guardian area.
