Individualized Education Program (IEP) - Educational Accommodations and Supports

The following are validations based on the options users select for "Special education and related services will be provided in a language or mode of communication other than or in addition to English. This includes services provided to students who are deaf/hard of hearing.”

• When the No is selected, “Please specify Linguistic and Cultural Accommodations” message is not displayed when the document is saved without entering details under For students who are deaf/hard of hearing and others, as applicable.

• When Yes is selected, “Please specify Linguistic and Cultural Accommodations” appears when the document is saved without entering details under “For students who are deaf/hard of hearing and others, as applicable.”

• When Yes checkbox is selected, details filled under “For students who are deaf/hard of hearing and others, as applicable” the document is saved without any error.

• Profile Sections: Student

• Sections: Eligibility, Gifted and FACTS

• Documents: Individualized Education Program (IEP), Eligibility Report, Section 504 - Plan, Individual Service Plan, and FACTS*.*

Updated the Indicator 13 profile:

• Information for Employment, Education, Training, and Independent Living will now flow from the Indicator 13 checklist form.

• These fields in the profile are now set and cannot be changed manually.
