Accommodations Section
The Accommodations Section in an IEP Document outlines the specific supports a student requires to access their education on an equal basis with peers. These accommodations help remove barriers without altering the curriculum or expected learning outcomes.
This section ensures that all necessary accommodations are documented, supporting individualized instruction and compliance with legal requirements.
Student Information
This section shows the basic information required to identify the student.
The following table shows the fields that are displayed on the screen.

Type of school student attended and testing undertaken
In this section, you are prompted with two questions. For the first one, you can answer by either selecting or not selecting the checkbox for the following given statement.
The student attends a non-accredited, non-public school and will not participate in state testing. For the second one, you are expected to provide a detailed response in either text or voice narration.
Describe additional accommodation and/or guidance, if appropriate. Specify how and when the accommodations are needed.

IREAD
In this section, your subsequent responses depend upon the response selected for the following question.

Participation in Testing Programs
In this section, the system prompts the user to define and describe the State Testing Options for the student.
Also, the user has to provide an elaborate justification or explanation the selection of alternate assessments.
