Class

A Class Profile typically represents a central record of instructional settings for groups of students.
It connects Locations, Students, Staff, and Schedules, allowing the system to properly track service delivery and compliance with IEP requirements.

Benefits

  • Makes the class identifiable to staff without needing to interpret numeric course codes.

  • Useful for search and reporting across the Special Programs and PowerSchool SIS.

  • Helps distinguish between classes that might have similar names or codes but different purposes
