Class Profile

A Class Profile typically represents a central record of instructional settings for groups of students.
It connects Locations, Students, Staff, and Schedules so the system can properly track service delivery and compliance with IEP requirements.

What’s the purpose of having a Class Profile?

  • Makes the class identifiable to staff without needing to interpret numeric course codes.

  • Useful for search and reporting across SpED and SIS.

  • Helps distinguish between classes that might have similar names or codes but different purposes

While capturing a class profile, the following fields are collected.
