District Profile

The District Profile is the system-wide record that stores identifying and operational details about the school district (or LEA — Local Education Agency) within the ERP.

It’s the top-level administrative profile — meaning all Locations, Classes, and Student Profiles roll up under it.

What’s the purpose of having a District Profile?

Serves as the master reference for district-level data.
Ensures state submissions carry the correct corporate identifier and official contact details.
Acts as the link between the ERP and external systems like the SIS, transportation, or state reporting databases.
The District Profile ensures the correct corporate ID is attached to IEP records and eligibility profiles.
It determines which Locations Profiles (schools) fall under the district umbrella.

When the page loads, all mandatory fields in this section are marked with a pink background.

Also, when the form is submitted and these fields are not filled, an error message, “Please check the form below. One or more entries were not valid.” is displayed.

While capturing a District Profile, the following fields are collected.
