Evaluation Report Workflow

In this section, we capture whether the Evaluation Report is completed with the IEP Workflow or from outside the PowerSchool Special Programs system.

For the Background Information and Synthesized Summary and Conclusions sections, the details can be captured as written text in the space provided alongside the field. The text field also supports spell check on the inserted text.

Should the ASD Alignment Certification document be included with the Education Evaluation Report?

Answer in YES or NO, if the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) report has to be uploaded along with the evaluation report as well.

An ASD Alignment Certification generally refers to a certification program that ensures a person, educational program, or system is aligned with best practices for supporting students with ASD. This certification typically focuses on providing educators, administrators, or organizations with the knowledge and tools to deliver effective, evidence-based interventions for students with ASD.

The ASD report must be provided and confirmed by a school district's LEA.
