Graduation Profile
A Graduation Profile as part of an Individualized Education Program (IEP) outlines a student's strengths, needs, accommodations, and post-secondary goals as they transition out of high school. It is a roadmap for educators, parents, and students to ensure a smooth transition to further education, employment, or independent living.
This page tracks important milestones for students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
