Graduation Profile

A Graduation Profile as part of an Individualized Education Program (IEP) outlines a student's strengths, needs, accommodations, and post-secondary goals as they transition out of high school. It is a roadmap for educators, parents, and students to ensure a smooth transition to further education, employment, or independent living.

This page tracks important milestones for students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

  • General Diploma: Core 40 Designation – The standard high school diploma in some states, requiring a specific set of courses in English, Math, Science, and Social Studies.

  • General Diploma: Core 40 with Technical Honors Designation – A Core 40 diploma with additional coursework in career and technical education, plus requirements like dual credit courses, industry certifications, or work-based learning.
