Legacy Progress on Goals Report
The Legacy Progress on Goals Report provides a historical record of a student's progress toward their IEP goals. It allows educators, case managers, and administrators to review past progress updates, ensuring continuity in monitoring student development.
You can create multiple editions of this document in parallel. All of these editions can co-exist in draft, in-review, or final status.
Student Information
This section shows the basic information required to identify the student.
The table below shows the fields that are displayed on the screen.

Legacy Goals Progress Report
This section of the report has four subsections. All the subsections are optional and require detailed text to be filled in.

Narrative
Purpose of this sub-section:
Provides context, observations, and additional details beyond numerical progress data.
Supports a holistic view of the student’s development.
For this section, the details can be captured as well as formatted text in the space provided alongside the field.
