Locations Profile

The Locations Profile refers to the structured record of physical sites where students receive services or instruction. These are typically schools, early childhood centers, therapeutic service sites, or off-campus placements.

A Locations Profile captures essential details about each site where educational or SpED services may be delivered. Each location is a formal, identifiable entity within the system that:

  • Is assigned to students.

  • Hosts service providers and teachers.

  • It is tracked for funding, reporting, and compliance.

When the page loads, all mandatory fields in this section are marked with a pink background.

Also, when the form is submitted and these fields are not filled, an error message: “Please check the form below. One or more entries were not valid.” is displayed.

While capturing a location profile, the following fields are collected.
