Updates to First Step Transition Diagnostic Report

• The "Eligibility Due Date" column is renamed to "50 Instructional Days Due Date".

• The report now pulls the students with the Date of Birth available in the selected date range, and added date fields in the report to allow the user to select the date.

• The "Ind 11 Compliance" and "Ind 12 Compliance" statuses are now displayed as "Pending" if certain dates are left blank.

Updates to the Service Capture profile

• Alphabetized the keyword tables and updated specific services—reordered, renamed, or set InUse = No as required.

• Enabled 10-day continuous service entries in Service Capture, including weekends, with checks to prevent overlapping times.

• Added a required Service Provider Ed-ID field and an optional expandable Notes field to Service Capture.

• Blocked users from marking future-dated services as completed; validation now enforces this.

Updates to Special Education Program profile

A warning message displays stating ‘The Special Education Program Record has an Exit Date and no Exit Reason. This record will not sync to DEX until an Exit Reason is added when a Special Education Program record has a Program Exit Date but no Program Exit Reason.

This does not stop the user from saving the record.

Updates to ILP Accommodations in Accommodations profile

IAM (Alternate Assessment) Accommodations for the ILP in the Accommodations profile are now created only if the student’s IEP has the Alt Assessment checkbox ({StudAltAssessCB}) = TRUE and the IEP is finalised.

Updates to the Work Email field in the Staff profile

• A field called ‘Work Email’ is now visible on the Staff Profile UI and is editable, making it an optional field.

• When submitting any document for a digital signature, the system now uses the Work Email from the Staff Profile.

Updates to the Accommodations section action for the IEP and Service Plan document

Removed Grade G05 and G06 from the section action and adjusted the warning message to say ‘Grades 2 through 4’ for both the IEP and SP document templates.

Updates to Disability Categories KW table

• In the Keyword Table DisabilityCategories, changed the KW value ‘Intellectual Disability’ to ‘Mild Intellectual Disability’. This value is displayed only in the Eligibility Determination section of the IEP and SP and SpEd information profile.

• Added a new KW value for 'Intellectual Disability' with the same EdFi descriptor ID. This display is limited to the Notice of Evaluation/Reevaluation documents.

Updates to the IEP LRE section

• When creating a new IEP, the decision tree of the LRE section does not copy when copying the LRE section from a previously finalised IEP.

• The system now displays the three specific LRE validation errors as warnings, which appear only upon save. It does not block users from finalising the document.

Updates to Primary and Secondary Disabilities logic

If Speech Impairment or Language Impairment is selected as Secondary Disability, then it now permits it alongside any valid primary disability.
