Updates to Intellectual Disability options in profile and documents

• The user can now select Moderate Intellectual disability or Severe Intellectual disability in the profile, IEP, or Service Plan.

• The user does not receive an error when selecting Moderate Intellectual Disability or Severe Intellectual Disability on the IEP or Service Plan, as long as Intellectual Disability is indicated on the Notice of Evaluation or Reevaluation documents.

  • Will display the Current IEP Start Date only when the IEP type is Annual.

  • If the meeting purpose is other than Annual, then the existing date is retained.

• Annual Review Due Date

  • Will be calculated as Most Recent Annual Review Date + 1 year - 1 day.

• The current signature area in SP Meeting notes has been removed, and a new area, ‘Notice of Implementation’, has been added.

• Provided two signature options: ‘Digital signature configuration’ and 'Parent will sign a paper copy' for the Notice of Implementation.

• Added the Notice of Implementation area in the Meeting Notes and Participants section in the Service Plan document for all meeting types except 'Initial Service Plan' and 'Initial Provision of Special Education Service'.

• A new 'Document Delivery' section has been added. This is visible only if the 'Parent will sign a paper copy' option is selected.
