Issue with Notice of Implementation on Meeting Notes & Participants Page

  • When a student’s Eligibility Determination is marked “No”:

    • The Notice of Implementation no longer displays in the Meeting Notes and Participants section.

    • The Notice of Ineligibility populates as expected.

    • Signature options and signature areas continue to display correctly.

  • Resolves the display issue introduced in another ticket.

  • Ensures IEP documents reflect correct implementation requirements for students not eligible for services.

SPEDSM-133699

ILP Exited EL Students Should Not Require TOR

  • When a student’s EL Status is “Exited – No Longer Monitored”, the TOR field is no longer required on the EL Profile.

  • For all other EL statuses (Active, Monitored Year 1/2, etc.), the TOR field remains required.

  • Validation updates dynamically: changing a student’s status to “Exited – No Longer Monitored” immediately removes the TOR requirement.

  • Users can save EL Profiles without a TOR for exited students.

  • Existing records with “Exited – No Longer Monitored” no longer show validation errors for missing TOR.

  • Change applies only to the EL Profile; ILP and other documents are unaffected.

Preserve Original Meeting Purposes on Revisions

When a revision is created for an IEP or Service Plan document, the Purposes of Case Conference on the cover page will now remain unchanged. The cover page will continue to display the original meeting purposes selected during the initial meeting.

SPEDSM-134897

Revision Date and Meeting Purpose checkbox Issue

  • Service Plan Revision Date: Now correctly displayed on the right side of the Service Plan Cover Page.

  • Meeting Purpose Boxes: Only populate when in edit mode; unselected purposes remain hidden in view mode.

  • Layout & Formatting: Cover page formatting remains consistent with other IEP documents.

  • Resolves previous issues where the revision date was missing and meeting purpose boxes displayed incorrectly.

IEP and SP Accommodation Updates: Remove Life Science from IREAD

The Life Science option has been removed from all IREAD dropdowns, selections, and data-entry areas to ensure only valid fields appear. All related logic and validations have been updated. Historical records remain visible but can no longer be selected for new entries.

SPEDSM-135371

IEP/SP Conference Date Changes When New NOCC Is Created

  • When an IEP or Service Plan is set to Review, creating a new NOCC for another event does not change the original conference date.

  • Multiple NOCCs can exist simultaneously without impacting existing IEP or Service Plan dates.

  • Eliminates the need to delete a NOCC or revert an IEP/Service Plan to Draft to restore original dates.

  • Example: A Revised IEP held on 10/8/25 retains its conference date even if a new NOCC for a Reevaluation Review is finalized on 10/15/25.

  • A one-time script was applied to correct existing non-finalized documents.

SPEDSM-135623

Service Capture: Completed Services

  • Resolved an issue where only Case Manager services displayed correctly in My Completed Services.

  • Services (e.g., SLP) now appear under their correct service category.

  • Updated Service Capture to assign the correct service instead of defaulting to Case Manager.

  • Existing Case Manager functionality remains unchanged.

  • Applied a one-time data update to correct previously miscategorized services.

SPEDSM-135868

Enable Digital-Signature for Service plan Document.

  • Digital signature functionality, previously available for Initial Provision for Special Education Service, is now also supported for Initial Service Plan.

  • Users can securely sign Initial Service Plans electronically, ensuring consistency across initial service documents.

Update Special Education Programs Update Script - Undefined, Notice of Initial Eligibility date and Notice of Ineligibility/ Revocation

  • Consistency and Validation:

    • Logic applies to revocations, eligibility reevaluations resulting in no longer qualifying, and undefined records.

    • The IS_IEP eligibility flag recalculates correctly.
