Student Guardians Profile
A Student Guardian Profile is where the system stores and manages details about the individuals who have legal or custodial authority for the student.
What’s the purpose of having a Student Guardians Profile?
Identify the student’s legal guardians for communication, procedural rights, and compliance with state requirements.
Ensure the correct person receives official notices, meeting invitations, and special education documents.
Having accurate guardian records ensures maintaining compliance while scheduling meetings with the guardians.
It is also connected to the Document Delivery Records Profile, so that notices go to the correct legal guardian.
While capturing a Student Guardian record, the following fields are collected.
