A Student Guardian Profile is where the system stores and manages details about the individuals who have legal or custodial authority for the student.

What’s the purpose of having a Student Guardians Profile?

  • Identify the student’s legal guardians for communication, procedural rights, and compliance with state requirements.

  • Ensure the correct person receives official notices, meeting invitations, and special education documents.

  • Having accurate guardian records ensures maintaining compliance while scheduling meetings with the guardians.

  • It is also connected to the Document Delivery Records Profile, so that notices go to the correct legal guardian.
