Fixed an issue on the Services/State Report section of the IEP where duplicate fields were displayed when viewing the document to use the Easy Edit feature.

Updated the Parent Consent/Transfer or Rights/Information section of the IEP to add verbiage if the Parent Rights were provided to the parents in their native language. The following changes were made:

• Under “Information for Parents”, remove the checkboxes beside A copy of the procedural safeguards must be given to the parents.
• Added a bullet for “Parent rights have been provided this school year to both parents (or educational decision-maker) and the student (if the student is 18 years or older)” in the native language.
• Checkboxes will be added beside “Parent rights have been provided this school year to both parents (or educational decision-maker) and the student (if the student is 18 years or older).”
• If No is selected, a long text field will be provided to explain why the parents' rights were not provided in the native language.

Please note, a new Parent Consent/Transfer of Rights/Information section was created so that on existing draft, review, or finalized IEP documents, the old verbiage will remain. When creating a new IEP for students, the new section with updated verbiage will be included.

Updated the Services/State Report section on the IEP so that the “Suppress Printing this area” checkboxes have a behavior option to allow districts to determine if they want these checkboxes defaulted to checked or not. Currently, by default, the Service Chart will have the “Suppress Printing this area” checked. Note that end-users will not be able to select or deselect the “Suppress Printing this area” boxes to change what is set by default. Admins will need to change the Section Properties for this behavior if needed.

Additionally, the Service Delivery Statement section will appear on the IEP at a glance section of the IEP.
