Updated the data flow so that when the Evaluation Report is finalized, the Eligibility Status updates on the Special Education Information profile based on what is selected. If “The student is eligible for special education” is selected on the Evaluation Report, then Eligible would get set in the Special Education Information profile after the document is finalized. If “The student is not eligible for special education” is selected on the Evaluation Report, then Not Eligible will get set in the Special Education Information profile after the document is finalized.

Fixed an issue on the Excusal from Attendance at IEP Meetings where the Educational Advocate was only populating if the student was 18 years or older. This has been changed so that if Receives Letters is selected for the Educational Advocate, they will be included on the Excusal from Attendance at IEP Meetings document regardless of the age of the student.

Renamed the IEP Meeting Invitation document to “Consent to Invite Outside Agency to IEP” so that it is more clear to users what the document’s purpose is.

Updated the Accommodations on the Assessments section of the IEP so that they are the most updated accommodations. Some of the existing accommodations were removed, changed, and other accommodations were added.

Made an update to the IEP Cover Page so that if the Amendment box is selected, the document does not have to be force finalized.

Updated the StaffPositions keyword table so that the InUse column is Admin-editable.

Added a field for Next Scheduled Meeting Date to the Special Education Information Profile. When the Notice of Meeting [MTGNOTICE] document is created and finalized, the Proposed Meeting Date {MeetingDateTime:D} will flow to the new field "Next Scheduled Meeting Date".
