SPEDSM-85033	DisabilityCatgories Keyword Table	Updated the DisabilityCatgories keyword table to change Emotional Disturbance to Emotional Disability per state compliance requirements.
SPEDSM-84085	IEP Cover Page and Special Education Information Profile	Added a field for Dyslexia to the IEP Cover Page. This is a checkbox to indicate if the student has dyslexia. Added a checkbox for Dyslexia under the Other Information section on the Special Education Information profile. When the IEP is finalized, the data will flow to the Special Education Information profile, so if Dyslexia is selected, it will also be selected in the profile.
SPEDSM-85137	IEP: Considerations	Added a Parent Input long text field to the Considerations section of the IEP. This is not a required field to be entered, and if nothing is entered in the field, it will not display in View or Print mode.
SPEDSM-70916	IEP: IEP Team ESY Decision-Making and Documentation	Added the following fields to the IEP Team ESY Decision-Making and Documentation section of the IEP: Is special transportation during ESY necessary based on current and available data? It is required to select one of the checkboxes labelled Yes or No. Are any related services necessary during ESY based on current and available data? It is required to select one of the checkboxes labelled Yes or No. If Yes is selected for this question, then a Long Text field will be provided to enter a description of the related services to be provided.
SPEDSM-85136	IEP: Services/State Report	Updated the Services/State Report of the IEP so that there is a separation between the services to make it easier to view services.
SPEDSM-85611	Reporting Profile	Updated the Neighborhood Building field on the Reporting profile to utilize a unique database field. Previously, the Neighborhood Building field used the same database field as ResponsibleSchool on the Student Information profile.
SPEDSM-83233	Special Education Information Profile	Added a field for Attended ESY Previous Summer to the Special Education Information under the Compliance Timelines area. The staff will manually select if the student attended ESY the previous summer.
SPEDSM-42833	Special Education Information profile and Reevaluation not Needed Document	Added a field labeled Most Recent Reevaluation Not Needed Date to the Special Education Information profile. When a Reevaluation not Needed document is completed and finalized, the date when the parent signature is received or the document finalization date (if digital signature is not enabled) will flow to the Most Recent Reevaluation Not Needed Date field.
SPEDSM-86121	State Reports	Added a column for Attended ESY Previous Summer on the Special Education Individual Student Data Sept. 1, Special Education Individual Student Data EOY, and Special Education Individual Student Data Dec. 1 reports. It will pull in the field for Attended ESY Previous Summer that was added in SPEDSM-83233.
SPEDSM-71061	Transition Forms on the IEP	Updated the IEP so that if a student is 14 or older or will turn 14 during the IEP year, the Transition Assessments/Goals and Transition Services sections will be added to the document. Upon creating the IEP, if a student is 14 years old, the transition sections will automatically be inserted. Still, it will not display on the document setup screen. If a student is 13 years old and will be 14 when the meeting occurs, the transition sections will be added after the document is saved.
