Added validation to ensure the correct combination of IFSP Meeting Purpose and Additional Purpose values, blocking save with an error message if mismatched. The “Please select the correct options in the Additional Purpose dropdown options.”IFSP warning message will appear.
IFSP Completion Date is set as SEA Notification Date when Meeting Criteria is any of Transition, Change of Eligibility/Transition, Initial SE/Transition AND Student is Special Education eligible AND student’s age is within 27 months and 3 years. Initial IFSP Established Condition Warning is triggered in the cover sheet based on the presence of established conditions and not the primary QCs count. Education Rep fields are required when a student is eligible for special education.

When Digital Signature is Off, the date field controller will become visible in the UI. The NPI number will automatically fill in the document based on the details provided for the physician.
