• Made the following changes to Section 504 - Plan:

  • The plan is not editable when the status is Final.

  • Moved the Office Use only area to a separate flyout section, which is editable when the status is Final.

  • Added the 504 Evaluation Date field under the Section 504 Meeting Date field. The field is populated from the Date of Section 504 Eligibility Meeting profile field. While the new field is editable, the edited dates will not flow back to the profile.

  • Added the 504 Evaluation Due Date field under Follow-up Meeting Date. An override option is now available.

• Made the following changes to Section 504 Written Notice/Consent:

  • The plan is not editable when the status is Final.

  • Moved the Office Use only area to a separate flyout section, which is editable when the status is Final.

• Made the following changes to Section 504 - Manifestation Determination Review:

  • The plan is not editable when the status is Final.

  • Moved the Office Use only area to a separate flyout section, which is editable when the status is Final.

Added the Initiation Date of the IEP field to the Eligibility section.

The Initiation Date of the IEP will flow from a finalized IEP to this new field in the Student Profile.
