Updated the Course of Study area. It now includes a fifth year of high school for students who could not complete it in four years.

PowerSchool will delete the retired fields during the next release.

Made the following updates to Form D:

• Updated the webpage location for all state assessment supporting documentation.

• Changed the ACCESS for ELLs name to WIDA ACCESS.

• Updated the WIDA ACCESS accommodations and modifications to reflect the test administration manual.

Added Digital Signature functionality to the Participants in ISP Meeting and Roles area. The Will Sign checkboxes will be available for all the participants to accept or decline.

Updated the data flow for the Initiation Date field. The initiation date from the cover sheet flows to the Begin date in the Services and Alternate Form F section.

Review Of Existing Data

• Updated to reflect only the information or selections in the Documentation Form section when the Sufficient information exists checkbox is selected. If either of the two other checkboxes is selected, that information does not flow to the Documentation Form section. 

• The fields are no longer editable and are now in read-only mode.
