    • 2 = Transferred-Out

    • 3 = Graduated

    • 4 = Historical

    • Any other integer = Inactive

  • A new Profile Update Script, “Deactivate Students based on District EnrollExit Date,” has been added to handle the deactivation process and ensure accurate student status maintenance within PSSP.

Notice of Meeting Form - Address Student In "To:" Line

Key Updates

  • The student’s name now appears in the "To:" line before the parent/guardian names when the checkbox
“Student (required when postsecondary transition is a purpose of the meeting)” is selected.

  • When this checkbox is not selected, the student’s name will not appear in the "To:" line.

  • The previous condition, which displayed the student’s name based on their age (18 or older), has been removed.
The display of the student’s name now depends solely on the checkbox selection.

  • The comma placement before the parent’s name in the "To:" line has been corrected, and the display of both student and parent names now appears as expected in view, edit, and print modes.

Bug Fix Summary

WorksAt Field and Staff Home School Import Layout

The WorksAt field now fetches the {homeschoolid} from PSSIS as per the requirement. To support this functionality, a new import layout — Staff Home School Import — has been created.

  • The new Staff Home School Import layout successfully retrieves home school information and displays it accurately for Special Education staff users.

  • The WorksAt field reference and data import in the existing Staff Import layout have been unlinked to prevent overwriting the data fetched through the Staff Home School Import.

  • Any updates made to home school details in PSSIS are now correctly reflected in the Special Education staff profile after a successful import using the above-mentioned layouts.

Note: If the integration is not enabled by default, the user must enable it through the integration settings by Admin.

    • Eligibility Category

    • Secondary Eligibility

    • Primary Subcategory

    • Secondary Subcategory

  • Issue Fixed:
Previously, any modifications made in the profile section were not reflected in the document. This issue has now been resolved — the data for these fields will always flow from the profile to the document.
