New Report – State Assessment - Accommodations for Part 2

A new report is now available under: Standard Reports → State Assessments Reports → State Assessment - Accommodations for Part 2

Report Details:

  • Displays Student ID, Student Name, Grade, and all accommodations listed in Section F of Part 2 of the IEP.

  • No filters or selection criteria are needed — all data is shown by default.

  • Once an IEP is finalized:

    • “Yes” appears if an accommodation is selected.

    • “No” appears if it is not.

A new report is now available under: Standard Reports → State Assessments Reports → State Assessment - Accommodations for Part 1

What’s in the Report:

  • Shows Student ID, Student Name, Grade, and all accommodations listed in Section E of Part 1 of the IEP.

  • No filters or selections are needed — all data is shown automatically.

  • Once an IEP is finalized:

    • “Yes” appears if an accommodation is selected.

    • “No” appears if it is not.

A new report is now available under: Standard Reports → State Assessments Reports → State Assessments - Universal Tools for Part 2.

  • No filter conditions or selection criteria are applied to this report.

  • The report includes the following columns: Student ID, Student Name, Grade, and all available Universal Tool options from Section A and Section B of Part 2.

  • Data is accurately reflected once an IEP document is finalized:

    • “Yes” is shown if a tool is selected.

    • “No” is shown if a tool is not selected.

A new report is now available under Standard Reports → State Assessments Reports → State Assessments - Universal Tools for Part 1.

  • No filter conditions or selection criteria are applied to this report.

  • The report displays the following columns: Student ID, Student Name, Grade, and all available Universal Tool options from Section A and Section B of Part 1.

  • Data flows correctly into each column once an IEP document is finalized:

    • “Yes” is displayed if a tool is selected.

    • “No” is displayed if a tool is not selected.

Services Profile Section

  • The Service Profile section is now read-only on the screen.

  • Users will no longer be able to edit or update any fields within this section.

  • Any necessary updates to this data must be made within the IEP document itself.

IEP - Updates to Disability Fields

  • The label "Disability" has been updated to "Primary Disability."

  • A new field, Primary Subcategory, has been added next to the Primary Disability field and below the Projected Date for Next Triennial Evaluation.

  • Two additional fields, Secondary Disability and Secondary Subcategory, have been added below the Primary Disability and Primary Subcategory fields.

  • These fields will populate only when a new Missouri IEP document is created. Updates made to these fields in the student profile after the document is created will not reflect in the existing document.

ISP Form - Services Section

A warning message will now appear if any required fields (Amount, Frequency, Location, Begin Date, or End Date) are left blank in the Special Education Services or Related Services sections; users can still save the document, and the warning will only show for incomplete rows with the following messages:

  • Special Education Services: "You must complete all the details for the service(s) entered."

  • Related Services: "You must complete all the details for the service(s) entered."

IEP - Form F: Classroom Accommodations

In the Missouri IEP document, when "Preferential seating (describe)" is selected in Form F: Classroom Accommodations, a mandatory text field appears and its content is correctly displayed in the IEP at a Glance section.
