National Model IS-SPED calculation Modification

Modified the calculated formula to be InitIEPStartDate OR AnnualReviewDate for displaying the profile tag as “IEP.”

Currently, there is no data flow from document to profile for Initial IEP Start State or Most Recent Annual Review Date. Initial IEP Start State OR Most Recent Annual review Date should be entered manually to display the profile tag as "IEP."

National Model Section 504 Plan - Accommodations, Code column

A new column, Code, has been added in the Accommodations504 Keyword table, Student Profiles → 504Accommodations and Section 504 Reports → 504 Active Accommodations. This will enable districts to code the accommodations to match the Extension table or PS SIS as needed.

In addition, a code column has also been added in ExitTable and Section504Impairment Keyword tables. Finally, all modified keyword tables have been made admin editable.
