• Added a new document: Functional Vision Learning Media Assessment (FVLMA) under ‘Assessments’.

• Fields display based on mapping logic.

• Once finalized, the document is marked Active.

• “Draft” watermark appears when printed in Draft mode.

• Users cannot create multiple Draft versions.

• Added ‘BVI Assessment Summary’ section in Student Information profile.

• Finalized document fields flow into the new BVI Assessment Summary section.
