The word "his/her" has been changed to "the" for more inclusive language. Additionally, the principal field has been moved for better alignment, and a new workflow has been introduced. The creator now has the ability to set the document from draft to review, providing greater control over the document's progression. Finally, office-use updates were applied as specified to ensure consistency and improve usability. |
SPEDSM-116988 | Updates to PDIRA | The recent document updates include improving the layout and user experience. The start and end times have been adjusted to be closer together for better clarity. Additionally, the phrase "if applicable" was added where necessary. The PPT members' listing was reformatted to match the IEP_SSP structure, categorizing members as Educators and Parents or guardians. A statement was also moved to a more prominent position, and the name and date fields under the PPT section were removed and aligned at the bottom of the form. The title for the office use section was changed as outlined, and an "s" was added where appropriate for consistency. Finally, action changes for the office use section were made as specified. These updates help streamline the form layout and ensure consistency throughout. |

The wording for students requiring SE/BSP (BMP) in new applications has been updated. Section updates have been applied as required. The program recommendation statement and EZ-ON Vest instructions have been revised. Lastly, the medical certificate requirement is no longer mandatory for new or renewal applications. |
SPEDSM-119245 | Additional Updates to AAT document | Language in verification sections has been refined, and “program planning” has been removed from the application statement. End users can now select either 1 or 2 for Parent/Guardian Disability, Student Accessibility, or Student Health Monitoring, with update #2 applied.
