SPEDSM-51117	Consent for Medicaid School-Based Services document	Configured the Consent for Medicaid School-Based Services document for Digital Signature so that participants can use Digital Signature to sign the document.
SPEDSM-51115	Consent to Bill Private Insurance Program document	Configured the Consent to Bill Private Insurance Program for Digital Signature so that participants can use Digital Signature to sign the document.
SPEDSM-51114	Manifestation Determination Review document	Configured the Manifestation Determination Review document so that participants can use Digital Signature to sign the document. Created a new section to update the functionality of this document. New documents will use the new section. Existing documents in Draft, Review, or Final status will have the old section of the document.
SPEDSM-51108	Notice of Graduation document	Configured the Notice of Graduation document so that participants can use Digital Signature to sign the document. Added non-lookups for LEA Representative, Special Education Teacher, Regular Education Teacher, Qualified evaluator of test results, Other Staff. Configured DocuSign so that staff can sign the document if a district is utilizing DocuSign.
SPEDSM-52131	Review of Existing Evaluation Data document	Fixed an issue in the Review of Existing Evaluation Data document. Previously, in the Physical Field section, if Yes was selected and then “The EDT/IEP team has unanswered questions and needs additional data” was selected, the tooltip over “Provide detailed explanation of the answer to the question above” would reference Communication Factors instead of Physical Factors. The tooltip now references Physical Factors.
SPEDSM-51171	Revocation of Consent document	Configured the Revocation for Consent document so that participants can use Digital Signature to sign the document.
SPEDSM-51119	Summary of Performance document	Configured the Summary of Performance document for Digital Signature so that participants can use Digital Signature to sign the document.
